Exceptional circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as mistakenly making a payment, or using the wrong credit card donors may apply for a refund from:

Applications for refunds must be made in writing and within 60 days of the initial payment.

We strongly advise that professional financial advice is sought before requesting a refund.

All correspondence regarding Refund Requests will be held on record and made available to the Internal Revenue Service on request.
